This project its about Open Innovation, a business paradigm that promotes collaboration between people and organizations outside the company to reduce financial risk and quickly achieve a competitive advantage.

The challenge was to make a platform, with a collaboration of INL, that provides a novel way to create mutually beneficial collaboration in order to resolve any outstanding differences and to find a common ground that will best serve the interests of all parties.

So, I started with a deep research and made possible interviews and surveys, to understand if, the stakeholders in this case, were familiar with this Open Innovation concept and if they already used an platform before and if so, what problems did they face. 

Taking in count all the research that was made and all the other platforms that we used during and before, like Miro (that we used for brainstorming, content strategy, and workflows), we started doing the wireframes.

The big challenge here, was to make something that fullfilll the purposes and the wishes of INL, but make it less tedious and less complex. Even if we can’t reduce the steps, we can make it less boring, or make it look easier to fill, by dividing the steps or making the user understand why is necessary to fill all these steps.

During the development of the wireframes, we made different paths with different achievements (User Journey), worked on the ux statments, ux writing, to understand if it was possible to achieve the goal and then collect all the user feedback, and change what was needed to change.

myBusiness365 is a management software designed for a market with more human dimensions, small and medium-sized companies, young and more dynamic. In this specific case, there was already a defined line, a website. However, one of the main problems was the navigation and too much and boring content. Taking that in count, information architecture was made based on a research with surveys. The structure was later granted through high-fidelity wireframes.
